SB 610 -- County Collectors

Sponsor:  Westfall

This bill requires any deputy or assistant of a county collector
or a treasurer ex officio collector to give bond and security to
the satisfaction of the collector.  The bond for each individual
must not exceed one-half of the amount of the bond required for
the collector.  The premium of the bond must be paid by the
county or city being protected.
